There are 27 holes on-site designed by Dave Thomas, and it’s a great base for playing all the courses in the Western Costa del Sol.
The Hotel is located in the Sotogrande Estate and has a host of great courses including Sotogrande Old and La Reserva. There are 2 restaurants at the hotel which are ideal if you want to relax after a day on the course. Formerly the Almenara Hotel, which was remodelled and completely refurbished.
Alcaidesa Heathland was designed by the renowned former Ryder Cup player and architect of numerous world renowned layouts, Dave Thomas.
Alcaidesa Links is the only links course in southern Europe and is designed by Peter Alliss and Clive Clark.

Carved into the hillside with natural vistas in every direction, this 18-hole championship course was designed in 2003 by American architect and course designer Cabell B. Robinson.
