Host of the Portuguese Open in 1996 and 1997 and more recently the Portuguese Amateur Championship in 2010 and 2011, Aroeira Pines is an enjoyable golf course set in beautiful surroundings. Formerly called Aroeira 1.
At 6695 yards over a par 72, Aroeira Pines isn't overly long for the average golfer, but narrow holes winding their way through the pine straw forest make this course a true test of even the best golfers accuracy.
