Faldo Golf Course as it is widely known, consists of 27 holes at Cornelia Golf Club. The 3 loops of 9 are King, Queen and Prince, so a different combination can be played on alternating days to make the most of your stay at either of their excellent hotels. Dog legs are the dominant feature of all the courses and accuracy is more important than distance at this venue.
The 27 holes weave through the Umbrella Pines and have a number of dog legs, which are rarely worth trying to cut the corner on. A notable feature of the course is that you rarely see holes other than the one you are playing, as Faldo opted to make 27 great holes rather than squeezing in a further 9. There are several elevated tees and greens which add to the great variety of holes at this course.
